MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
The majority of declined payments occur because of an incorrect billing address. Ensure that the address is entered accurate and complete. If the problem persists, reach out to your banking institution.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
WHAT U.S. STATES DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAXES IN?
LuxeModa.com charges sales tax for purchases with delivery addresses in New Jersey and New York.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY AND VALUE-ADDED TAX (VAT)?
Luxe Moda does not prepay and is not responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes, or any other costs and fees associated with international shipments. Please be aware that depending upon your country, you may incur additional substantial costs to receive your items.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
It generally takes 3-5 business days to inspect and process your return after it has arrived to our distribution center. Returns are processed in the order that they are received. It could take an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund on your original form of payment, depending on your banking institution.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO USE A RETURN LABEL?
A prepaid UPS return label is provided for any orders that qualify for returns. A $9.95 charge will be deducted from the refund total for the usage of the label. Items marked final sale on the site do not qualify for returns and will not include a prepaid label with the shipment. To process your return, please visit our return center here.
WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
Items that have "Final Sale" on the product page and shoes that have been previously worn or used.

Shipping

MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO LUXE MODA, WHAT DO I DO?
Occasionally there are instances where orders are returned to us because of an invalid address or multiple delivery attempts by the shipping company. We will contact you when your shipment arrives back to our distribution center and let you know your options. HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You can track your package by clicking on the link provided in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Luxe Moda is global! We ship to over 150 countries around the world!
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we shipped your order to and your tracking reads as successfully shipped, it is the sole responsibility of USPS to deliver it to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you should contact your local post office should any problems arise.

Tip: if you're not going to be home during delivery hours, we suggest calling USPS and asking them to hold your package at a local post office for pick up to prevent it from being lost or stolen. If an item is returned to the sender for an incomplete/incorrect address, store credit less the shipping cost will be issued upon us receiving the package.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Claims can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier used, to complete.

We do not accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Luxe Moda offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. In the US, we have options that range from overnight, 2-day, and standard 5-7 business days. Our international fashionistas have an expedited (3-5 business days) or standard (10-20 business days, depending on location) option. Orders are generally shipped out the same day if purchased before 4:00 pm EST Monday - Friday.
I PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Generally, orders placed before 6:00 pm EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 pm on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. Further billing verification or incorrect address adjustments may postpone and delay shipment. We have a variety of shipping options to meet your needs!
WHAT ORDERS QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
All domestic US orders totaling $50 and over (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free Standard (5-7 Business Days) Shipping. International orders totaling over $250 and over qualify for free Standard International (5-20 Business Days) Shipping. Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional charge.
