The majority of declined payments occur because of an incorrect billing address. Ensure that the address is entered accurate and complete. If the problem persists, reach out to your banking institution.

It generally takes 3-5 business days to inspect and process your return after it has arrived to our distribution center. Returns are processed in the order that they are received. It could take an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund on your original form of payment, depending on your banking institution.

A prepaid UPS return label is provided for any orders that qualify for returns. A $9.95 charge will be deducted from the refund total for the usage of the label. Items marked final sale on the site do not qualify for returns and will not include a prepaid label with the shipment. To process your return, please visit our return center here.

Occasionally there are instances where orders are returned to us because of an invalid address or multiple delivery attempts by the shipping company. We will contact you when your shipment arrives back to our distribution center and let you know your options. Luxe Moda offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. In the US, we have options that range from overnight, 2-day, and standard 5-7 business days. Our international fashionistas have an expedited (3-5 business days) or standard (10-20 business days, depending on location) option. Orders are generally shipped out the same day if purchased before 4:00 pm EST Monday - Friday.
You can track your package by clicking on the link provided in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
Generally, orders placed before 6:00 pm EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 pm on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. Further billing verification or incorrect address adjustments may postpone and delay shipment. We have a variety of shipping options to meet your needs!

All domestic US orders totaling $50 and over (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free Standard (5-7 Business Days) Shipping. International orders totaling over $250 and over qualify for free Standard International (5-20 Business Days) Shipping. Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional charge.
If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we shipped your order to and your tracking reads as successfully shipped, it is the sole responsibility of USPS to deliver it to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you should contact your local post office should any problems arise.
Tip: if you're not going to be home during delivery hours, we suggest calling USPS and asking them to hold your package at a local post office for pick up to prevent it from being lost or stolen. If an item is returned to the sender for an incomplete/incorrect address, store credit less the shipping cost will be issued upon us receiving the package.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Claims can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier used, to complete.
We do not accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
